Chef/Founder Sandy Pike has been the owner and founder of several popular Louisville eateries including Jack Fry's, Cafe Society and Queen of Tarts. She has now formulated a revolutionary dining concept that she believes is expertly tailored to the needs of her customers who would like to control and/or manage their weight in a nutritional, easy system. Home Cuisine offers you variety... the menus in the plan change weekly. A great deal of creativity has gone into developing the recipes that draw upon Pike’s 25 years of culinary experience, and the guideance of food scientists and dieticians at the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville.
